BIG MONEY BINGO
RULES OF THE HALL
Players must be 18 years or older to be in the hall while the games are in progress. You may be asked at any time to produce a valid photo ID as proof of age.
You must have the last number called included in your winning pattern for all games unless otherwise announced.
If you get a winning pattern, it is entirely the players responsibility to stop the game by getting the callers attention before the next ball is called. Staff or other players may voluntarily assist the player but that assistance does not officially stop the game. The caller stops the game by verbally acknowledging the player. If the caller does not verbally acknowledge, it is up to the player to immediately call or shout out again.
Do not cut or otherwise alter your cards. Doing so will render them invalid. Folding is permitted so long as they can be easily unfolded to verify any winner.
We must be able to clearly read all numbers on the cards in order to validate any winner. Keep this in mind if you use dark color ink to mark your cards.
All players must have in their possession at least one (1) regular paper pack of six (6) cards or any pack of electronic regular cards to become eligible to win any games or prizes.
Electronics are limited to one (1) tablet per player at any given time. As the electronic units are limited, they are sold on a first come first served basis. The player must be present in the bingo hall to either purchase or have purchased on their behalf any electronic pack.
We are not responsible for malfunctions in the electronics. If you have a problem with the electronics, please report it to staff immediately.
All cards sold are only valid for that session unless announced otherwise.
Winning pull tabs or raffle tabs must be claimed within 30 days of the date of sale.
Verify that you have all the items you purchased before you leave the sales windows. The staff members are not obligated to issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges after you have left the sales windows.
Be patient when waiting for staff members selling items on the floor. If you call for a seller, they may have other players to sell to before they come to you.
Keep all conversations (in person or on phones) to a short duration and low volume while any game is in progress.
Set your phones to silent or vibrate mode during game play. This includes settings for calls or notifications.
Please use the ashtrays provided to dispose of your cigarette butts outside. Also remember that state law requires persons to be at least fifteen (15) feet away from the doors while outside smoking.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
The management reserves the right to eject any player from the hall for any inappropriate behavior or any rule violation.
